“Dear God, please release my mama.”

Dear Friend:

Asia Bibi, a wife and mother in Pakistan, spoke out in defense of her Christian faith when Muslim coworkers mocked her and tried to force her to embrace Islam. She was later convicted of blasphemy and sentenced to be executed. She is in jail today, waiting to hear the high court’s decision on her appeal.

In Pakistan, more than 150,000 Christians have signed a petition demanding justice for persecution victims, including Asia Bibi. Now you can join your voice to theirs by signing an online petition at www.CallForMercy.com. The Voice of the Martyrs has set the goal of gathering one million signatures from around the world on behalf of our sister Asia. VOM will deliver the petition, along with the list of signers, to the Pakistani Embassy in Washington, D.C.

Visit www.CallforMercy.com to add your name to the list, then invite your friends to also sign their names. Pray God will answer the prayers of Asia’s young daughters, Isha and Isham, and allow them to be reunited with their mother.

Every signature is a call for mercy. Visit www.CallForMercy.com now.

For those in bonds,

The Voice of the Martyrs

Pray for Pastor Nardarkhani!

“Dear Friend,
You have probably heard that Iranian Pastor Youcef Nardarkhani has had his appeal overturned. Pastor Nardarkhani was arrested for apostasy in Iran over a year ago, and he was sentenced to death. But the high court said if he recants, he’ll be set free and the case will be sent back to lower court. (see http://www.mnnonline.org/article/15931).
I would like to encourage you to pray for Pastor Nardarkhani and other Christians in the Muslim world, especially during Ramadan which begins August 1.
To help you do that, Mission Network News is offering you 30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World. This is a prayer guide to help you learn about the Muslim culture and customs in order to pray more effectively, and we’d love to send you a copy for a gift of any amount.
Pastor Nardarkhani is just one example of a Muslim whose heart has turned to Jesus, perhaps because of the prayers of people like you.
Supplies of 30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World are limited. Get your copy and support MNN today at http://www.mnnonline.org/donate.
